This place is a dump, mold in the walls, cockroaches, the kitchen is shit, this is the only apartment that is not remodeled, the other 3 are. The neighbor in apt 2, she's on disability, the guy in apt 4 is a musician and the girl in apt 1, young girl.

I live in a single. They just increased rent to $695.00, so I gave the daughter Doreen Russell, made payable to Louis Dashay, her father, all jews btw. two checks $500.00 for now and $200.00 to be paid on the 15th, Karen Friedman or Freemon whatver her name is, the supposed manager, she cashed both checks even though the 2nd one was post dated for Novemember 15, 2012.

That made my account overdrawn, and bank fees. She cost me more money, money I don't have, money i needed for food, she knew and she didn't care. So, I won't give them rent anymore until I have it.

So in the event, I don't make it, feel free to fuck them up. This property is free and clear. The owner Louis lives in washington with his wife in their care.

This woman Doreen, she's so fuckin stupid and cheap, she put coin laundry in downstairs and to use it we have to pay an extra $25.00 a month in addition to the coins, which is $1.25 per washer and dryer. I do laundry once a month, so it wasn't cost effective to pay her $25.00 and pay $2.50 for one load, that's a total of $27.50 for one load of laundry. It's just cheaper to go to the laundry mat. My rent was $650.00 and it's not $695.00. They read this and they don't care about my financial situation, they only care about money, look what she did to me above for Novemember 2012.

Here's the dirt, Doreen and her guy assistant, she's fucking him on the side, he's younger, he dropped hints when I spoke to him, Doreen is a pedafile, down the wholetrack, she thinks she's mob and she's not, she's really a pedafile, Karen she told me, she trys to control Doreen, gage her emotion but she won't listen. She has to be right, she thinks she knows it all, and she doesn't. I spoke to the young guy that lives with her in her house, they live in washington, he wants to live here to go work in the entertainment industry.

I told him about Mole Richardson. She's doing this guy on the side in present time and she's married. They also own more than one property, don't know if all are free and clear, I just know about this property. You'll have to do your homework to get the rest of the info on their properties.

The main house has been vacant for like 2-3 years now, Doreen hasn't been able to rent it. It's a 2 bedroom and they want $1600.00 a month. They own other property besides this one and years ago, when I was doing social media, I offered to promote and market their property in exchange for one month's rent, to help them get renters, Karen never really got back to me, I had to reach out to her to find out. I missed Doreen's withhold, she's a pedafile. The good news is Doreen, if I die, my mother will sue you and take all your properties for causing my death, mold, cockroaches, this is the only unit not remodeled. My mother has already been here before I disconnected from her and well she needs more money then you, so you two pedafiles can duke it out in court LMAO.And it won't be a jew thing, both women are jews LMAO. Yeah not real Jews, these two women only care about money, both are pedafiles ok.

This place is in escrow, I just found out that the girl in the 1st apartment is moving. Word has it, she's shacking up with some dude LMAO. Empty unit. Tory also told me, that Doreen was calling the gov where she get's her disabilty from and was telling them she was evicting everybody. That is really strange ok. Just three of us left now. The new owner will get all the data from me. And if he/she harasses me in any way shape or form they can pay for me to move LMAO. I already told Doreen, sure I'll move cause she keeps giving me these notices to move. I told her, sure, find me a place like this, same rent and take care of it LMAO.

It's her job to make my transition seamless. She's the landlord. I know my rights here LMAO. I have a feeling she lied in escrow so the new owners won't mind me showing up in court on their behalf, doing the right thing. It's her job to disclose all the shit here. Full disclosure.

The main house is infested with cockroaches, the kind that fly. I was walking downstairs and I noticed a big brown cockroach on the curtains. Whoever buys this property, is gonna find out when it goes into escrow.

Btw, if the Sheriff comes, Doreen will owe over $200k to the city of Los Angeles. That will be the karmic justice for what she did to me, last Nov for that $200.00, she did it on purpose. She didn't want me to get my website business off the ground and move. I had clients. I still have to pay them back for their unfinshed projects. And of course, the new clients that I had to turn away cause my comm lines got cut. She wanted to fuck me over, to cause me pain because I missed her withhold, she's killing her own parents off in present time to obtain their properties. I just called that number and on the answering machine it said you have to put in a claim form by September of 2012, last year. It's now 2013 so this doesn't make sense to me.

Can you forward the phone number and person's extension and who to talk to?

The claim form was mailed to them last August: 8/17/2012. It was resent on 11-18-12 for the second process request. You must insist, or they will use any excuse to deny your claim.
1-800-773-2489 It was faxed to Domingo Recina @ 213- 473-4096 & mailed, & emailed.
I believe Katy in #1 received her rebate & they stopped billing her for the trash service.

Ok, I just got off the phone with the people at (800)773-2489. First there is no Domingo Recina, that is two people not one. I spoke to a woman named Ny who is in the billing department and she broke it down for me. Here's what needs to happen:

They need both contracts, the first one from West Coast Rubbish Co. to prove you were using them prior to Crown as Crown was just last year. And then I need to fax over to them both contracts.I have the PDF service contract from Crown that was signed 2/3/2012 now I need the contract from West Coast Rubbish that you stated in this letter that you faxed or mailed them:

Please refer to our previous correspondence on file , dating back to August 10, 2008, requesting to opt out of the LA City program. We followed up with a letter in November 2008, February 2009 and continuing through our claim form application of August 17, 2012. A second request was sent on November 8, 2012 for all units at this address connected with my accounts. I was advised in November that the claim form for it # 1 was processed, and the house and adjoining units would be processed.

I have been informed that this has not been done and we have not received any credit for the trash fees. Please note, the House and all units are connected as a single building, not seperate, and we have been getting double billed for the sewer charges as well as the trash.
I have attached another copy of the contract from Crown Disposal Co. from 2/2012. Please process the claims for rebate for house & all tenants. Your assistance in processing these refunds as soon as possible is greatly appreciated.

We used West Coast Rubbish Co., prior to Crown, and a copy of the contract was forwarded in November of 2008.

Once you get that over to me, I can fax it over to them and get the ball rolling. Then I have to follow up with them, to find out what they decided to do and if it's approved it get's forwarded to the DWP and then I can call DWP and talk to any rep to get the rebate/refund etc etc.

Hello Kathy:

I have copied and printed all of the applications for rebate and contracts for service for you. I also have copied the entire file of communication, so that the Bureau can verify the forms were sent in prior to the September 2012 deadline.

Please note that they will try to deny any claims for any reason they can delay. I have been working on getting the refund for everyone for over 3 years now, so I know they are difficult.

Here is what I suggest we both do:

As I have already filed for the entire building, including my parents house, the only thing they are requesting from me to issue all the refunds is a copy of your bill. They will also require a copy of your lease to pro-rate for the time before & during your occupancy. I do not have a copy here in LA with me.

I will resend the entire packet by certified mail tomorrow. I broke my leg but my husband Jim will assist you. If you give Jim a copy of your bill & lease I will include in the re-submission. Jim can make copies for you, if you do not have a copier. Then we both will have an entire set to send.

This seems the most thorough way to make sure we ante not denied again.
